“I needed a whole shower built into my old dated (Victorian style) bathroom. Mark was true to his word (and to his quote) nothing was missed and NOTHING was too much trouble (even when we changed our mind about the WC halfway through the project). I'm extremely picky and not so easy to work with, but Mark is courteous, timely and incredibly gifted. I have never been so impressed with a tradesperson. The work was completed within the specified time frame. All communications before, during and after were dealt with immediately and I always knew what was going on at each and every stage. “Mark fitted an en-suite - shower, basin, WC and towel radiator. He partitioned the room with stud walls, woodwork and door. He plastered, and tiled the walls and floor, and supplied an electrician. Mark has just spent 11 days transforming our bathroom , ripping out , knocking tiles off , retiling walls and flooring, plastering ceiling, under floor heating and somehow fitting my desired vanity furniture in such a confined space. We are highly delighted with the end product and mark deserves every credit given. He is a very polite , thorough and conscientious worker The original price quoted was the price paid even though there was a extra day and a half , no hidden extras like some charge for. We had a number of other tradesmen round to look at our old awkward shaped small bathroom who, after telling them what we wanted seemed perplexed. Mark was the only one who didn’t shake his head and tell us that it was going to be difficult. He went away, thought about it and actually came back to us with suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble for him even to the extent that he willingly ordered additional fixtures for us when we changed our minds about what to have and this took a lot of strain from us as we both work. We found him to be reliable and trustworthy and he always left the work area clean and tidy each day, he even vacuumed the surrounding carpet areas to the shower room on the last day. “If you are looking for someone to re fit your bathroom, then look no further. Mark of Dronfield Bathrooms is the man for you if you want a hard working, professional and friendly man to do the job. We would recommend him to anyone, without hesitation. He completely stripped out our bathroom and loo (even to the bare brick on a couple of walls to make sure the tiling would be perfect) then fitted new bath, shower etc. And finally tiled the walls and the floor. The end result is wonderful. Mark's 1st job in the morning was to cover the carpets and his last job at night was to sweep up and take the cloths up and in between he worked non stop. Nothing was too much trouble for him. If like me, you worry what a workman's end result is going to be like, then believe me you won't have any worries with Dronfield Bathrooms.”
